Within thirty days from the date of receiving the information as per sub-rule (6) of rule 41, the concerned person, organization or proposer who is required to pay the compensation shall submit the amount of compensation to the concerned person or organization who will receive such compensation. (2) The person, institution or proposer who is required to pay such compensation due to not being able to pay the amount of compensation within the time limit as per sub-rule (1) for reasonable reasons, rule 41 for extension of time. If an application is submitted to the agency or officer according to sub-rule (1) of the Act, and if the reason is deemed reasonable, such agency or officer may extend the deadline for a one-time maximum of thirty days.
